Johnson Wire Screen Description:
Stainless Steel Tube Johnson wire screen is composed of V-shaped winding wire and support bar.
Each intersection is connected by fusion. It has strong structure and good mechanical performance.
The V-shaped section can avoid blockage and ensure smooth flow at the same time.
The continuous gap has a larger water passing area, and reduces the groundwater seepage speed,
so as to prevent the sand from entering the pipe under larger water pressure, which has a better sand
filtering performance. Crevices can also change according to different geology.

Johnson Wire Screen Characteristics
1.Large flow rate: this kind of screen pipe has a relatively small resistance. Compared with the plastic
filter element with similar overall size, it greatly increases its flow area, so under the same resistance,
the flow rate increases. In other words, in the case of the same output, the number of filter elements
can be reduced accordingly.
2.Good adaptability of temperature change: obviously, compared with ordinary plastic filter element,
the temperature application range of stainless steel wire wound screen tube of leiler company is much
wider than that of plastic filter element.
3.Corrosion resistance: for neutral water, acid water, alkaline water, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid,
salt and so on, if these materials are properly selected, the filtration equipment can be operated
economically and safely.
