Static Sieve Mesh Description
For Filter The Fish And Shrimp Feces Static Sieve Mesh is made by wrapping and welding stainless steel
V-shaped profile wire cylindrically around support rods under automatic wire screen machine.
Each profile wire and support rod is welded by resistance welding. It is used in water well, oil well, gas
wells and for environmental well completions. It made generally by stainless steel 304, 304L,316, 316L,
321 etc. We also produce special material according to the customer request.

Static Sieve Mesh are made of stainless steel wedge wires. They are consist of a concave curved profile
wire screen, which are inserted into a stainless steel frame.
The Static Sieve Mesh are manufactured by wrapping and welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire
and support rods. Then the panel screens are cutting and curved into arc screen.
The Static Sieve Mesh have continuous slots, which has efficient filtering performance.
Forces exerted as materials flows against the curved surface, curved screen structure has better filtering
and greater capacity than the wedge wire screen panel.
